I am a visual artist and designer currently living in Darwin, Northern Territory. In 1999 I completed a Bachelor of Fine Art at Monash University in Melbourne. Until May 2010 I spent ten years living and working on the lower south coast of NSW, where I continued to exhibit locally and interstate.
My artwork can be described as magical realist, combining familiar objects in an unreal or peculiar way. The paintings use elements such as colour, scale, nostalgia and appropriation to create a sense of a mysterious and illusory world.
